R.H.S. Service Plan Summary

A Client/ Customer becomes an RHS Monthly Service Plan Member; When issues or requests arise, Client/ Customer will submit a work order, and RHS agrees to respond within 48 hours to schedule a technician to come onsite or provide necessary information to resolve a request. Emergencies, RHS will respond within 12 hrs. (but will do our best to respond immediately).  Our Service Plan monthly premium will include Home, House or Property Repairs, Maintenance and Services up to a defined threshold. After the threshold has been met specific fees can/ will apply. Client/ Customer will have an option to include monthly service add-ons and will have access to RHS Network of Approved Vendors, Trade Professionals and Suppliers. Vendors, Trade Pros and Suppliers often have Discounts for RHS Members. Clients/ Customer can cancel Membership at any time, no fees or penalties will apply.

Package Includes:

  • Yearly Home Efficiency Inspection

  • 1 Hr. Labor for every Work Order

  • $20 Parts/ Material for every work order

  • Access & Discount for Vendors, Trade Pros and Suppliers

  • Credit/ Reimbursement for unused services.

Credit/ Reimbursement Program

We care about you and your home! Therefore R.H.S. offers a return Credit for parts/ materials at the end of a Service Plan Agreement fiscal year (12 month) as follows.

  • Zero work orders= 100% ($120)

  • One work order= 75% ($90)

  • Two work orders= 50% ($60)

  • Three or more= Disqualified

    This Credit can be paid out in multiple ways, rolled over unto the next Service Plan Agreement, Used towards a Beatification/ Remodel project with Approved Venders/ Suppliers or simply sent back to you in the form of check or electronic money service.

Additional Fees Include:

  • More than 1 work order every 60 days can/ will incur a $80 fee per work order and will not include a parts/material allowance. Parts/ materials for work order will be additional.

  •   More than 1 hr. Labor per work order will incur a $75 fee per additional hour of labor.

  • Parts/ Materials that exceed given allowance, client will be responsible for the difference

  • Monthly Premium does not go towards the use of Vendors, Trade Pros or Supplier
